Crowdfind is a software company that builds image-led workflow tools to help organizations better manage their internal processes. We work with some of the world’s largest event producers, stadiums, tourist destinations, and transportation hubs. We are seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Associate to assist with lost and found claims, inventory, and customer communication. This position includes the opportunity to grow into a full-time role.

  • Work with the customer service team to answer questions and provide solutions
  • Manage incoming lost and found inventory from our client
  • Respond to lost and found claims
  • Create return shipments
  • Manage item liquidation
  • Manage donation partnerships
  • Drop deliveries at USPS, FedEx, or UPS
  • Must be able to work within the timeframe of Monday – Friday 9 am – 5 pm
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role
  • Experience working with customer service software
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Highly organized and effective project management capabilities.
  • Strong team player; desire to work in a highly collaborative environment.
  • Willingness to handle other people’s lost items
